Compendium Corporation was created because we realized that good, local salary data is hard to find. And while organizations understand the value of paying according to market, they need an affordable comprehensive source for their own communities.

Most surveys are expensive and data is gathered for larger city centres; leaving those on the periphery, or in smaller geographic areas, trying to determine how they should adjust the data to be fair to themselves and their employees.

Our mission is to meet the compensation planning needs of local organizations.
