Gay Miller, President
Gay's career has focused primarily on human resources management, however, her experience in direct line management roles has contributed to her business understanding and business success focus.

Her passion is organization effectiveness. She designs HR Systems that support the organization's core values and business strategy, and that are focused on delivering results. In her career, she has built HR departments from the ground up both nationally and internationally, partnered with senior managers to develop HR strategies to support business objectives and developed compensation programs in 9 countries. As an HR Advisor, she has worked at the strategic and tactical levels and is known for her strength as a business partner with an ability to provide creative, cost effective solutions and programs.

Len Falco, Vice-President
Len Falco has over 30 years experience in general management, human resources consulting, training, recruiting and staffing. He is a business graduate from Mohawk College with specialization in Marketing and Human Resources Management.

Len has a very impressive record in assisting numerous companies and organizations with respect to Strategic Planning, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Compensation Practices and in restructuring themselves to be more competitive and profitable in order to realize business growth. Len is a past president of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair of PATH Employment Services, founding member of the City's Physician Recruitment Task Force and sits on a number of Boards and Committees in the Community.

Len has been the recipient of numerous community service awards, the Mohawk College Alumni of Distinction Award and he was most recently one of three finalists for the Iron Man award through the Hamilton Chamber. Len is the President and CEO of LCM ASSOCIATES.
